Kinetize Creative Solutions Private Limited is our company, and we work out of Adyar in Chennai. Specifically, we're at No.3 on Kasturbha Nagar, though some older records might still show it as Old No. 2. Adyar is a nice part of town, and Kasturbha Nagar is a decent area to have an office. We've been here for a while now. The space we have is simple and doesn't have any of those modern office perks you see on TV. We just have our desks, some chairs, and our computers. We focus on creative solutions, which basically means we figure out how to make things look good or work better for the people who hire us. It's a small operation. We don't have hundreds of employees or a big HR department. Usually, it's just a few of us working through whatever projects are on the schedule for the week. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because being stressed doesn't really help with creative work anyway. Sometimes we walk around the neighborhood during our breaks to clear our heads. The building we are in is older, but it's sturdy and keeps the rain out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to do a good job from our little corner of Adyar. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and keep working.
