Kanchi Residency Hotel

Kanchi Residency Hotel is sitting right at No 341 on 2nd Avenue. We are very close to the Adyar Ananda Bhavan Sweets shop in Anna Nagar West 600101. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Chennai. We have rooms for people who are visiting the city or maybe have some business in Anna Nagar. It’s a straightforward hotel. We don't have a swimming pool or anything like that, just beds and bathrooms that work. We spend a lot of our day checking people in and out and telling them where the local shops are. The 2nd Avenue can get pretty packed with cars during the day but it usually calms down at night. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. Our staff is just a small group of local people. We don't wear fancy uniforms, just regular clothes. It’s more like a guesthouse vibe than a big corporate hotel. People seem to like that it’s not too complicated. We make sure the water is hot and the fans work. That’s about it really. If you’re looking for a place near the sweet shop, that is us.
