We've been operating out of Sreenivasam on Luz Church Road for a while now. It’s a busy part of Mylapore, but we like it here. People usually come to us at Jef Techno Solutions when they need help with technical setups or specific equipment problems. It’s not always easy work. Sometimes the parts take forever to arrive or a client needs something done yesterday. We just try to get the job done right so things keep running. Our office is at No. 163, right in the middle of everything. It’s a small team, really. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams and testing out different solutions for the projects we get. Usually, someone is on the phone tracking down an order while someone else is trying to fix a bug. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything like that. Most of the people we work with found us through word of mouth or because they were already in the neighborhood. It gets pretty humid here in the afternoons, but the location is convenient for most of our clients. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. If you’re walking down Luz Church Road, you’ll see our sign. It isn't anything special, just a place where we do our work every day. We handle the technical stuff so you don't have to worry about it too much. That’s pretty much the story of how we run things here.
