Our office for Jay Aditya Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is located at number 23 on Flowers Road. It is an old building, but it has some character. We moved in a while ago and haven't really changed much. The name sounds a bit official, but we are just a small group of people interested in energy stuff. Most days it is just us sitting around a big wooden table figuring out technical drawings. Flowers Road can get pretty crowded, so parking is always a headache for us. We mostly walk or take the bus to get here. Inside, there are stacks of magazines and old parts from various projects. It is not the cleanest office you will ever see, but it is where the actual thinking happens. We do not do the whole corporate culture thing. If someone wants a break, they take one. We focus on getting the energy systems to work properly. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. There is a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need to clear our heads. We are not trying to change the whole world, just doing our bit with green energy in our own small way. It is practical work. No fancy slogans or expensive suits here. We just like what we do and we are glad to have a roof over our heads on Flowers Road.
