It Parks Hotels Group Housing Projects

We've been running It Parks Hotels Group Housing Projects for a while now from our spot here in Riverdale Apartments. It’s located on the IV Main Road Extension in Kottur Gardens, which is a pretty quiet part of Chennai if you know the area. Most days we are just busy keeping track of different housing sites and making sure things are moving along like they should. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and talk to the guys on the ground. People often stop by because they live nearby or they're looking into one of the projects we are handling. We keep the files organized, or try to anyway, and there's always someone here making phone calls to vendors or checking on building schedules. It gets a bit hectic when a new phase of a project starts, but that's just how it goes in this business. Chennai has changed a lot, and we've seen the neighborhoods around here grow quite a bit over the years. We stay focused on the day-to-day stuff like permits and making sure the supplies get where they need to be. If you are looking for us, we are right there in C-723. It’s a decent place to work from and the commute isn't too bad for most of us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
