We operate It Factory (India) Pvt Ltd out of Flat U-11 in the Reserve Bank Staff Quarters. Being located in Besant Nagar, Chennai-90, puts us in a pretty well-known part of the city. It’s not your typical high-rise office building. Since we are in the staff quarters, there’s a real residential feel to the environment. We like the quietness of it compared to the main city roads. Our team is small, and we spend our time working through various projects on our computers. Chennai can be quite humid, but we have our setup in the flat to keep us comfortable while we work. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Usually, it's just us in casual clothes, drinking coffee and trying to solve whatever problem came up that morning. The neighbors know us, and we try not to make too much noise. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on getting the work done rather than worrying about having a lobby or a receptionist. If someone needs to find us, they just look for U-11. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the routine suits us well. Besant Nagar has some nice spots nearby for lunch, which is a plus. It’s a simple life, but it’s our life, and we wouldn’t change it for a fancy office downtown. We like the community and the people who live in the quarters around us. Every day is a bit of a challenge, but we enjoy the work.
