Iq Techmax Private Limited

We are located in the Old Washermenpet area of Chennai, specifically at No.14/34 on Singara Garden 1st Lane. If you know this part of the city, you know it has a lot of history and it is often very crowded. Iq Techmax Private Limited operates out of this small lane. It is a lively neighborhood with people always moving about and local shops everywhere. Our office is a simple place. We do not have a big glass building or anything like that. It is just a regular building where we have set up our workspace in the 600021 area. The lane is narrow, so it can be a bit of a squeeze getting here with a vehicle, but we like the energy of the place. Inside, we just have our desks and some basic equipment. We spend our days working through our list of things to do. It gets very hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans and just get on with it. We are not a large company, just a handful of people trying to do a good job. We usually go out to one of the local spots for a quick bite or some tea in the evenings before heading home. It is a very down-to-earth way to work. There are no fancy meetings or corporate events here. We just show up, do the work, and deal with whatever challenges the day brings. It is a real, local business setting.
