You can find Ip Rings Limited over at No. 24 College Road. It’s a decent area, though it gets quite crowded when the nearby schools and colleges let out for the day. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. Our work is mostly centered around the manufacturing side, specifically rings, as the name says. It’s a steady kind of business. The building itself is quite traditional, nothing like those new glass towers you see in the IT parks. We prefer it this way. Inside, it's mostly the sound of the machinery and people moving boxes around. We have a small team in the front office handling the calls and the paperwork, but the real heart of the place is in the back. There aren't fancy titles or complicated hierarchies here. Everyone knows what their role is, from the guys on the machines to the ones loading the trucks. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on College Road, but we’ve managed to stay put by just sticking to what we know. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets really hot, but we have enough fans going to keep us moving. We just take it one day at a time, making sure each batch is as good as the last one.
