Ionware Technologies Private Limited

We are way up on the 11th floor of Crest Towers. The address is 1105 C, on Velachery Main Road. Ionware Technologies Private Limited has been operating out of this space for a bit now. Being on the 11th floor means we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators, especially during lunch hours. Velachery is always packed with people, and the main road is basically a parking lot during rush hour. From our windows, we can see the whole sprawl of the neighborhood. It’s a big building, so there are a lot of other companies around us. Our office is a mix of desks, some spare parts lying around, and a lot of coffee mugs. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We don't really go for that polished corporate look. Most of us just show up in jeans and t-shirts. The air conditioning is the most important thing in here because the Chennai heat is no joke. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and eat our lunch. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done once you’re inside. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a simple setup for a group of people who just want to focus on their computers. We don't have fancy lights or art.
