We’re located at No. 31 A/20 in the Developed Plots area of the Sidco Industrial Estate. It’s definitely an industrial vibe around here. You hear a lot of noise from the other units, but you get used to it after a week or two. Inventa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the practical atmosphere of the estate. Our space is functional. We have the benches, the tools, and the computers we need to do our jobs. There isn't much in the way of decoration. We figured if it doesn't help us work, we don't really need it taking up space. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the activity in the estate, but that’s just part of the deal. Most of us have been doing this for years. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just take the projects as they come and try to figure out the best way to handle them. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get things right, but we don’t mind the extra effort. The people in the neighboring plots are mostly friendly. We nod to each other in the mornings and sometimes complain about the heat. It’s a grounded way to work. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy logo on everything. We just have our name on the gate and a team that knows what they’re doing. It’s simple, honest work in an honest part of town.
