Our office is located at Plot No 8F in the Thamarai Flats over in Chennai. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are based in a residential area, but it works for us. Working in Tamil Nadu 600093 means we deal with the usual humidity and the busy streets of the city every single day. We are a small team of developers and support staff mostly focused on software stuff. Most mornings start with a quick check on the servers and then we dive into coding. It gets a bit cramped when we all have meetings at the same time, but the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find us in front of our monitors with a cup of coffee nearby. The neighbors are nice, and it feels more like a home than a big glass office building. We handle various projects for different clients, trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working or building something new from scratch. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but we try to keep a balance. Being in a flat means we have to be mindful of the noise, but it also gives us a kitchen to make our own snacks. It's a straightforward way to run a tech business without all the unnecessary polish of a big firm.
