Ideal Tools Co

We're located on Linghy Chetty Street. The address is a bit confusing because of the old and new numbers. It's Old No 185, but now it's 274. People get lost trying to find Ideal Tools Co sometimes. Parrys is such a crowded area, it’s easy to miss a door if you aren't looking closely. We have been in this building for a long time. It’s an old part of the city. The stairs are narrow and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s home for us. We sell tools, mostly things people need for their shops or small home projects. There is no air conditioning, just a couple of old ceiling fans that click when they spin. We spend most of our day talking to customers who walk in from the street. Some are regulars who have been coming here since my uncle ran the place. Linghy Chetty Street is always full of people carrying boxes or pulling carts. It’s a mess, but it’s our mess. We don't have a fancy catalog to show. If you want something, you just ask and we look through the shelves. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what you need in the back rooms. We keep things simple at Ideal Tools Co. No big speeches or empty promises. We just open the shop early and stay until the sun goes down. It’s a living, and it’s what we know.
