Ideal Gift Co

Ideal Gift Co is located at 305 422 (N) on Mint Street in the Park Town area. If you are familiar with Park Town, you know how incredibly busy Mint Street can be at any time of the day. We are near the CC Bank, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the shop among all the other businesses. The building we are in has that old Park Town character, with narrow stairs and a lot of history. Inside, we have a variety of gift items spread across the counters. It’s not a perfectly organized place; we have things tucked into corners and stacked on top of each other. We spend a lot of time helping people pick out things for weddings or family functions. Mint Street is famous for its shopping, and we are just one small part of that massive crowd. The noise from the street never really stops, so we’ve gotten used to talking over the sound of horns and shouting. We aren't a big corporation; we are just a local shop trying to make a living on one of the busiest streets in the city. Every morning we sweep the front and get the displays ready for the day. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and moving boxes, but that is just how it is here. We like being in Park Town because there is always something happening. It gets crowded and the air is thick with the city smell, but we wouldn't be anywhere else.
