Icsa Automation Software Private Limited

Icsa Automation Software Private Limited is based out of Shastri Nagar here in Chennai. We’re at New Number 12 on First Avenue, which is a fairly nice part of the neighborhood to work in. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has become a second home for most of us. We focus on automation software, which basically means we spend a lot of time trying to make things run by themselves on computers. It’s a lot of trial and error, and sometimes we get stuck on a single line of code for hours. The office itself is pretty basic—just some sturdy desks, chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of power strips. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive art. We’d rather spend that money on better hardware. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes into work, so the morning starts with a bit of a commute. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate entity because we aren't one. We are just a local business with a few employees who really know their stuff. We like the fact that we can just talk to each other directly without having to go through five managers. It's an honest way to work, and it keeps things moving forward. We just do our best every day and hope the software behaves exactly like it is supposed to.
