You can find us at HPV Hotels and Restaurants over in Saligramam. Our address is Door No. 16 on Duraiarasan Street, which is in the Kaverirangan Nagar neighborhood. We have been in the Chennai area for a while now, just doing our thing with food and rooms. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of film industry folks and regular families living nearby. We do not spend money on fancy marketing people to write our stuff or manage our image. We just focus on what is happening in the kitchen and making sure the tables are wiped down properly. Running a restaurant and a hotel at the same time is a lot of work for a small crew. There is always a delivery arriving at the back door or a fridge that needs looking at by a mechanic. Our office is small and usually smells like whatever spices we are cooking that day. We have a handful of staff who have been with us for a bit. We do not have a big corporate strategy or a five-year plan. We just want to make sure when someone walks in, they get what they paid for without any trouble.
