Hotel Wheat

Hotel Wheat is located at No 16, Triplicane High Road. We are right in the heart of Triplicane, near Adam Market. If you know Chennai, you know this area is always moving. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and there is always something happening outside our door. We’ve been at this address for quite some time. The building is tucked into the street like everything else around here. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the main road, but you can still hear the city. We offer rooms to people who need a central place to stay without spending too much money. We aren't a luxury resort. We are a city hotel. Most of our guests are people coming for work or visiting the market nearby. The rooms are simple. We don't have a lot of frills or fancy decorations. We focus on keeping the place clean and making sure the fans and lights work. It’s a lot of climbing stairs and checking on things. My family helps out with the daily chores. We don't have a big corporate office or a shiny website. This is just a small business on a busy Chennai street. We see a lot of regular faces from the market. It’s a tough job sometimes because of the heat and the noise, but we like being part of the neighborhood. That’s just the way it is here at Hotel Wheat every day.
