Hotel Ashok Residency Housing Division

The Hotel Ashok Residency Housing Division is located at No. 1/460 on Mount Poonamalle Road. We are directly opposite Ramachandra Medical College in Ayyappanthangal. This location is very busy because of the college and the hospital nearby. We handle the residential side of things here. It is a straightforward office where we manage different types of housing for people who need to stay in this part of Chennai. Many of our visitors are students or people working at the medical center. Our day is usually filled with managing maintenance and talking to people about their rooms. We aren't a huge corporate team. It is just a few of us making sure the buildings are running okay. We deal with things like fixing lights, cleaning common areas, and keeping the records straight. The traffic on Mount Poonamalle Road is quite loud, and we can hear it all day long. We have been in this spot for a while and we know the local shops and services well.
