If you find yourself on Narasingapuram Street near Mount Road, you’ll probably see the Nagapa Complex. Hitech is right there at Shop No A4, number 10. It’s a busy street, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’re used to it. The shop isn’t huge, but we have enough space for what we need to do. Most of our days are spent just managing the inventory and talking to whoever comes through the door. Mount Road is always humming with people, which keeps things interesting for us. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us running the shop and making sure things stay in order. Sometimes the shelves get a bit cluttered when a new shipment comes in, but we sort it out eventually. We’ve been in this complex for a good bit now. People know us as the local guys who just stay busy. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk because that’s not really who we are. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple life here in the complex. You get to know the other shop owners and the regulars who pass by every day. It’s just how things work on Narasingapuram Street. We stay focused on the day-to-day stuff and don't worry about much else. It's just a regular shop.
