Hamabaa Agro Herbals & Ventures Private Limited is over on Plot No.1, Kulakkarai Street. We are situated right off the Old Mahabalipuram Road in the Kandanchavadi area. It’s a bit funny because there are so many of those tall IT buildings all around us, but we are doing something completely different with our agro and herbal work. We’ve been in this specific spot for a while now. The street can be a bit narrow for the bigger delivery vehicles but we’ve learned how to make it work over the years. We spend a lot of our time looking into different ventures related to plants and farming. It’s a real mix of things, honestly. Some days we are focused entirely on the herbal side of the business and other days it’s more about general agro work and supplies. We don't have a fancy website or a dedicated PR person to talk for us. We just have a small, dedicated team of people who really know their stuff. Working in Kandanchavadi means we are close to everything, which really helps when we need to get things shipped out quickly. We try to keep our overhead costs low so we can just focus on the quality of the products. It’s definitely not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of boring paperwork and constant checking on our stock levels. Sometimes the dust from the main road gets into the office, but you just wipe it off and keep on going.
