Being at No:S1 in the Ambattur Industrial Estate is interesting because there is always something happening right outside our door. Associtated Tea & Agro Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle a lot of tea and agricultural management tasks. Even though the name is quite long, we are just a group of people working in a standard industrial unit here in Ambattur. The office has an old-school feel to it with wooden desks and plenty of physical files. We spend a lot of time talking about crop cycles and the quality of tea leaves. It is not just about sitting at a computer all day; we actually have to examine the products and talk to the people who grow them. The industrial estate can be a bit grey and dusty, but inside our unit, it often smells like fresh tea, which makes the environment much better. We have our daily routine down. We start with tea, check the morning mail, and then dive into the management side of the business. We deal with quite a bit of paperwork because of the agro side, ensuring all the local regulations are being followed. The traffic in Ambattur is a major headache during the rush hours, so most of us try to get to the office early. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you stop by, one of us will simply look up and help you.
