Agri Age Farms

Agri Age Farms has an address that’s a bit confusing because it changed. It is Old No 43 , New No 6/1, N.N 7Th Street , Old Washermenpet ,. We have been in this area for a long time. This part of town is very old and the streets are narrow and busy. We deal with farm products but we are right here in the heart of the city. It is a lot of work coordinating between the fields and this small space on 7th Street. We have sacks of stuff piled up against the walls. The building is one of those old ones with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. It stays relatively cool inside even when the Chennai heat is hitting the pavement outside. We spend our days checking the quality of what comes in and making sure it gets to where it needs to go. There is a lot of shouting and moving things around because space is tight. We don't have a website or any of that fancy stuff. People just know to come to N.N 7th Street if they need what we have. It is a family thing, mostly. We all pitch in when the shipments arrive. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the paperwork and the bags, but we manage to keep it moving. Old Washermenpet is a noisy place but it’s home for the business. We focus on the daily tasks of moving the goods without much fuss and keeping the place running as it always has.
