You can find Glam Fashion Jewelry on the second floor at No. 2/10 Arcot Road. Being up on the second floor means it's a bit quieter than the street level, which is nice. We have a lot of items tucked away in boxes and displays. It’s not a huge space, so things can get a bit crowded when we get new stock in. We spend most of our time sorting through pieces and checking what’s come in. It’s just a few of us here. We don’t have a big staff or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Arcot Road is always busy, so the climb up the stairs is a nice break from the noise. We handle all kinds of jewelry bits and pieces. Some days are slow and we just tidy up, other days we can't seem to find enough space for everything. It’s a typical small business environment. We don't do much in the way of big announcements. People find us because they need something specific. The lighting could be better in the back, but we make do. It’s just a regular shop where we do our best to keep things organized. If you’re walking along Arcot Road, just look for the number and head up. We’re usually there doing something with the inventory. It's a pretty basic setup for a small business like ours.
