Gani & Sons

You can find us at number 31 in Rattan Bazaar. It’s right in the middle of the Park Town area, which is always humming with people and traffic. We’ve been operating Gani & Sons from this same spot for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, passed down through the years. The shop is filled with all sorts of items, and honestly, sometimes it’s hard to keep track of everything we have in the back. Rattan Bazaar is a busy place, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the front door. We don't really bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on having the stock that people expect from us. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going to keep the air moving. Most of our customers are folks who have been coming to this bazaar for years. They know where we are located without even looking at the number. We might not have the newest setup, but the wooden counters have seen a lot of history. Working here means you get to know the neighbors well. It’s a bit crowded on the sidewalks outside, but that’s just how Park Town is. We open up early and stay until the evening rush starts to die down. It’s a simple life, and we like being part of the daily market.
