If you head to the first phase of Spencer Plaza and go up to the second floor, that’s where we are at unit S-8 A. Most people who know Mount Road know how busy it gets around here. Our shop is a mix of things that kids like and stuff adults might buy for a housewarming or a birthday. It’s a bit of a maze in the mall sometimes, but once you find the second floor, we aren't too hard to spot. We spend a lot of our time unpacking boxes and trying to figure out where to put new games. Space is always a bit tight. We get all sorts of people walking in, from students to parents looking for a distraction for their toddlers. It’s not a quiet place, especially on weekends when the mall is packed. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything, just us making sure the shelves aren't empty. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to reorganize the gift section. It’s a lot of work keeping up with what’s popular, but we do our best with what we have. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the plaza change quite a bit. It’s a good place to be if you like seeing a lot of different faces every day. We usually stay open as long as the mall does, so it makes for long days sometimes.
