G R S Cabs & Travels is located right in the middle of T Nagar. We are on Rama Rao Street at No 6. It’s a pretty good spot because it’s right behind the Joyalukkas showroom and the Somasundaram Ground is nearby too. If you know Chennai, you know T Nagar is always full of people and traffic, so being tucked away on this street helps a bit. We’ve been operating our cab business from here for quite some time now. We have a few drivers and we manage all the bookings ourselves from the small office. It’s a family-run kind of thing, nothing too corporate. We mostly deal with people who need to get to the airport or maybe families going out for a weekend trip. Since we are near the ground, there is always some activity happening outside. We don’t really spend much on advertising because word of mouth in this neighborhood is usually enough for us. Our office isn't very big, but we are always there to take calls or talk to anyone who drops by. We like being in this part of the city because everything is so close. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with all the shoppers around, but that’s just life in T Nagar. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with our rates and how we talk to people. That’s just how we do things at G R S Cabs & Travels, keeping it simple every day for our customers.
