G D Foods

Our little spot is right here at 62/1 on Kadambakkam High Road. If you know T.Nagar, then you know how crowded and loud it gets around here. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people walking by all day long. We have been operating G D Foods from this location for quite some time now. It is not a very big space but we make it work for us. Most of the day is spent handling different food items and making sure everything is stored properly in the back. It gets quite busy in the mornings when the delivery vans arrive. We have to move quickly because there is not much room to move around once the crates start piling up on the floor. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know how everything works. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are located. Sometimes the heavy rain makes the road a mess and it slows everything down, but we just keep going. It is a plain office and storage area, nothing fancy to look at. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the smell of the food is really strong, which I guess is normal for a place like this. We are just here every day, trying to stay on top of the orders and making sure the shop runs okay.
