Fresh Extracts Mix India is tucked away at 19/120 in S.M. Narayan Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are right in the Collector Nagar area. It’s a busy spot with lots of small businesses all crammed together. Our place is basically a workshop where we handle different extracts and do our mixing. It isn't a spotless laboratory like you see in movies. It’s a working space with crates piled up and the smell of various ingredients always hanging in the air. Some days it smells like fruit and other days it’s something else entirely. The floor is concrete and we’ve got some heavy-duty tables for the equipment. We start our day pretty early to get a head start on the heat. Collector Nagar gets very dusty in the summer, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the machines. We aren't some massive corporation with a board of directors. It is just a local operation. The neighbors know us and we know them. Sometimes we share a tea at the stall on the corner when the power goes out. We don't have a website that looks professional or anything like that. We mostly just talk to our regulars. The rain sometimes leaks through the back door but we just put a bucket there. It’s just how things are at the unit. We keep working and try to get the orders out on time.
