Fluitecnik Wind India Pvt.Ltd. is at Plot No.8 in the Gudalore Industrial Area-III. We are on Nagavalliamman Koil Street, which is in Maraimalai Nagar. It’s a big industrial zone, and our plot is right in the middle of it. We work with components for wind energy, so our space is quite large to accommodate the big parts. It’s a practical workspace with high ceilings and heavy-duty cranes for moving things around. The floor is usually busy with people checking parts or loading them into trucks. We don't have a fancy office; the place where we keep the computers is just a partitioned area in the corner. It gets quite hot under the metal roof in the afternoons, so we keep the big doors open for whatever air we can get. The street outside is usually lined with trucks waiting their turn. We don't do much in the way of advertising or self-promotion. We just get the technical specs and make sure the parts are ready when they need to be. Most of the people working here live nearby and have been with us for a while. We have a simple routine of starting early and finishing when the work is done. It’s a lot of physical effort and attention to detail. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized amidst all the metal and machinery. That’s how we’ve always operated in Maraimalai Nagar.
