You can find Fair Deal Agency over in the Parrys area. We are on the first floor of the building at Singanna Naicken Street. It's one of those spots where the address can be a bit confusing since it has the old number 16 and the new number 6. Usually, people just look for the first floor sign once they get to the right street. Being in Parrys means it's always crowded and there's a lot of energy nearby. Our office isn't very large, but it serves the purpose. We have desks set up and files everywhere, mostly just the usual stuff you’d see in a local agency. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’re used to it by now. The street outside is narrow and can get quite packed with people and vehicles throughout the afternoon. We spend most of our hours here dealing with various bits of paperwork and talking to clients. It’s not a high-tech environment. We still use a lot of physical files and notebooks to keep track of things. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the fans are humming in the background and it gets a bit warm, but we just keep working. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and most of the other shop owners nearby know us by name. It’s a very local, grounded way to do business. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to get through the day's work one task at a time.
