Being so close to the coast means we sometimes get a bit of a breeze, which is nice in the summer. We run Esvee Palace Private Limited from this address. It’s a good spot in the 600028 area. We don’t have a flashy office with modern art on the walls. It’s just a place where we keep our records and manage the business. It can be a bit confusing with the old and new door numbers, so we often have to explain that to delivery people. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the rest of Chennai, but it still has its busy moments. We aren't some big corporate machine with a PR team. It’s just us, doing the work that needs to be done every day. We handle the bookings and the maintenance stuff from here. Most of the people on the team have been with us for years, so it feels a bit like a family business. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't think it's necessary. We just focus on keeping things running smoothly for the company. It’s a practical, down-to-earth environment. We like the location and the fact that we can get things done without too much interference. It’s just a regular Chennai office for our local business and we like it.
