Esquare Food Products is tucked away at 31/1 on 1st Cross Street in Trustpuram. It’s a bit of a residential area, so we try not to make too much noise, though the delivery vans can be a bit loud in the morning. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on making food products that taste like they should. We don’t use a lot of additives or weird stuff. It’s just simple food made by people who live nearby. Our office and production area are pretty basic. We don’t have a fancy sign or a big reception area. Most of the time, we’re just in the back, making sure everything is running smoothly. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a supplier being late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don't have a big manual for everything; we just use our common sense. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. You might see the owner helping load a truck or the accountant checking the packaging. We like it that way because it keeps us close to what we’re actually doing. Trustpuram is a nice place to work, and we’ve gotten to know the people on our street pretty well. We’re just a small food business doing our thing and trying to keep the quality where it needs to be for the folks who buy from us.
