There are just a few of us here at Ensign Equipments Private Ltd. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. We just talk to each other and get things sorted. We’re glad to still be here at 23 Lakshmamma Layout. It’s a good location for us. We don’t spend much on advertising our name. Most people find us through people they know. We just focus on the daily tasks. It’s simple, honest work. We enjoy being part of the Nagashettyhalli community. It gets rainy here sometimes and the street gets a bit muddy, but we manage. We’ve got a good routine going and the coffee is always hot. We try to keep the place tidy but it’s hard when we’re busy.
