You can find us at SMS Flats, Block 2, in VSM Garden Street. We are over in Jafferkhanpet, right near the bus terminus. Being so close to the station means we see a lot of people moving around all day. The office is actually in a flat, No C3, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We’ve got the usual stuff like computers and files everywhere. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too far. We mostly handle bookings for people who need to get out of Chennai or are coming in for work. The area is always buzzing with the sound of buses and people shouting, but inside the flats it’s a little quieter. We started this because we knew a lot about the routes and thought we could help people plan things better. It’s not a fancy business. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the cars are ready and the drivers know where to go. Sometimes we stay late when a client has a problem or a flight is delayed. The rain in Chennai can sometimes mess up the streets around here, but we manage. We just focus on getting the job done and making sure people get their tickets without too much fuss. It’s a practical way to spend the day and keep things going for the residents nearby.
