Our place is over in Injambakkam, at 18-18A Swastik Avenue. We are Ecr Bay Villas And Resort Llp. Being out here on the East Coast Road is a bit different from being in the middle of Chennai. It is a bit airier, and you can sometimes catch a breeze from the ocean. Swastik Avenue is a quiet little stretch. We have set up our main operations here to stay close to the villas we manage. It is not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It is more of a functional space where we keep our tools, our paperwork, and where the staff meets up in the morning before heading out. We have got a couple of old desks and a lot of maps of the local area. Most of us have lived around Kancheepuram or South Chennai for a long time. We know the roads and the neighbors pretty well. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just want to make sure the villas are in good shape and the gardens are watered. It is a lot of manual work and coordination. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day, and other times we are stuck inside doing the accounts. It is just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who stay with us. We might not have everything figured out perfectly, but we show up every day and put in the effort.
