Our office is located at 140 Anna Salai in Saidapet. It is one of the older parts of Chennai, and it is always crowded and full of life no matter what time it is. Disha Products has been around this specific area for a long time. We deal with various industrial products and specialized components. The building itself is an older one, positioned right on the main road. You can hear the constant sound of buses and horns all day long from inside our workspace. It is a bit cramped because we have to keep a lot of stock here for quick delivery to our clients. We do not really have a fancy front desk or a receptionist. You just walk in and someone will usually look up and help you out. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we all know each other’s families and what is going on in our lives. It has a very local, friendly vibe. We handle orders for small local shops and some of the larger factories further out. We are not trying to change the whole world; we are just trying to make sure our customers get their parts on time and without hassle. The heat in Saidapet can be quite intense in May, but we have got our fans going. We do not do much in the way of formal advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or simply seeing our sign in traffic.
