We deal with minerals and industrial materials, so there is always something happening at the site. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to keep the records and meet people who come by. Being right across from Mahindra World City means we get a lot of noise from the main road, but it makes it easy for the trucks to find us. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with the drivers and checking the mineral loads that come in. It’s not the cleanest job since minerals tend to be messy, but we’ve got a routine that works for us. The building at Venkatapuram has enough space for what we need to do right now. We aren't really into big marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the orders are ready when they should be. Some days are slower than others, which gives us a chance to clean up the yard and sort through the files. It is a local operation through and through. We know the neighbors and the people who work at the nearby gates. It’s just a regular workplace for us, and we try to get things done right without overcomplicating it.
