You can find us right on NSC Bose Road, near the Elephant Gate area. It’s a very famous part of Sowcarpet, especially with Konika Jewellery being so close by. Our shop at number 123 is usually quite active. We spend most of our time arranging cars and buses for people who need to get somewhere. Since we’re in such a busy shopping district, we get a lot of people who are exhausted from buying silks and gold and just want a reliable way home or a trip planned. The traffic outside is constant, a mix of rickshaws and honking cars. Inside, we just have our desks and a couple of phones that don't stop ringing. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the roads and the schedules. It’s a lot of writing things down in ledgers and checking the clock. We’ve seen the streets change over the years, but the busyness stays the same. People come to us because we’ve been at this spot for a long time. We don't use any fancy software, just the basics to keep track of bookings. It’s a lot of work, especially during the wedding season when everyone wants a vehicle. We just do our best to keep things on schedule and help people get where they're going. It's often dusty because of the main road, but we don't mind the noise much anymore.
