Css Corp is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Being in a city like Chennai means we are always dealing with the heat and the humidity, so the office air conditioning is basically our best friend from morning until evening. We are part of the big busy landscape of the city. The office is mostly rows of desks and people wearing headsets or typing away at their keyboards. It is a lot of flickering screens and the sound of quiet chatter in the background. We have a break room where the coffee machine usually has a bit of a line, and that is where most of the actual talking happens. The commute in Chennai can be pretty rough, so everyone usually arrives a bit tired but ready to get into the work. We do not have a very fancy setup, just a standard professional space where we handle different corporate processes. There are a lot of windows, but we usually keep the blinds down to keep the sun out. It is a very typical Chennai workplace where people are just trying to get through their lists and meet their deadlines. We do not spend much time on decorations; we just have our equipment and our tasks. Lunchtime is when the office empties out a bit as people go to find some local food nearby. Then it is back to the desks until the sun starts to go down and the traffic picks up again.
