We are located right on Arcot Road in Saligramam. If you know where the Big Bazaar is, we are just opposite that in the Mom & Dad basement. It’s a bit of a small spot, but we’ve been here for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the phones and making sure bookings are sorted. The basement gets a bit cool compared to the heat outside on the main road, which is nice. People usually find us because they live nearby or they're shopping at the mall across the street. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of papers. We deal with all sorts of travel needs, mostly local stuff and some longer trips when people ask. Sometimes the traffic on Arcot Road makes it hard for people to park, but they usually manage to find a gap. It gets busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the tickets are printed on time. There isn't much to say about our history or anything, we just started this up to help folks get around. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign on, but someone is usually inside from morning until late. We know the neighborhood well and most of our regulars come from the nearby apartments. It’s a simple setup we have here and we just focus on the daily tasks.
