Over at 4 Lakshmi Nivas, you’ll find us working away at Corptech Soft Solutions Pvt.Ltd. We’re positioned on the road between Chennai and Bangalore, which makes for a lot of traveling back and forth sometimes. It’s an interesting spot to be in because we see a lot of the activity that happens between these two big hubs. We mainly handle software stuff, which involves a lot of sitting in front of screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it should. Our office is pretty lived-in. There are stacks of papers, coffee mugs everywhere, and wires running across the floor. We aren't the type of place that cares much about looking perfect. We’d rather just get the software built and handed over. Sometimes the work gets stressful when a deadline is breathing down our necks, but we usually find a way to make it work. The team here has been together for a bit, so we all know each other's quirks. We don't have any fancy titles or big meetings that go on for hours. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. It’s a practical way to run things. Being in India, the tech scene is always changing, but we just stick to our corner and keep doing what we do. It’s not a flashy life, but it keeps us busy and we like the challenge of solving problems for the folks who come to us.
