Our office for Consel India Marketing Services is on Eldams Road in Teynampet. It’s a place with a bit of history, especially with the address being both Old No-27 and New No-63. That always seems to confuse people who are trying to find us for the first time. Teynampet is one of those areas in Chennai that is always moving. The traffic on Eldams Road can be quite something during the morning and evening rush. We are in an older building, and it has that classic feel to it with high ceilings and some old-fashioned windows. Inside, it’s a typical marketing services setup. We have desks, lots of phones, and people constantly talking to clients or vendors. It’s not a fancy agency with bean bags or colorful walls. It’s more of a practical place where we keep our heads down and do the work. The coffee man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we all take a second to breathe. Being in this part of the city means we are close to everything, which is nice, but it also means it’s never really quiet. We’ve grown used to the sound of buses and horns outside. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, handle the marketing tasks for the day, and try to make sure we don’t lose track of all the paperwork. It’s a busy, cramped, but decent place to work.
