Our office is in West Mambalam on Baroda Street. We are in the Bharath Apartments, using the old numbers 37-38. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character. At Compsoft Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd., we do software and technology work. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to make programs work right. West Mambalam is a busy area, especially with the shops and the trains nearby, so there’s always noise outside. We don’t mind it much. We’ve got our computers and our tea, and that’s really all we need to get through the work. We aren't a big tech giant with fancy perks. We’re just a local team of developers and technicians. Some of us have been here since the start, and others are newer, but we all just pitch in. When something breaks, we fix it. When a client needs a new feature, we try to build it. It’s not always perfect on the first try, but we keep at it until it works. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. It’s a practical place for people who just want to do good work without a lot of meetings or corporate talk. We’ve been on Baroda Street for quite a while now and we like being part of the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup for a tech company, and it suits our style just fine.
