We are located at No 35 in the Burhani Complex on Jones Street. If you know where the Excellent Hotel is in Mannady, then you’re pretty close to us. Client Travel Services has been operating from this spot for quite a while now. It’s a typical Chennai office—a bit cramped, lots of files, and always the sound of traffic coming in from the street. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from local trips to longer journeys. It’s just a few of us here, and we don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We prefer to just sit down with whoever walks in and talk through what they need. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and calling around to get the right information for our customers. Mannady is a hectic place, but it has its own rhythm, and we are part of it. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure people have their tickets in hand before they leave. It’s straightforward work, and we keep things pretty low-key here in the office. We've stayed right here in Mannady for a long time and know the area very well.
