You can find Chop Krusi Trading Company at 133 on Ramasamy Street in Mannady. Some people still call it number 61 because of the old numbering system, which can be a bit of a headache for new visitors. Mannady is one of those places where the streets are always full of people and goods moving around. Our shop is right in the middle of all that. We have been here on Ramasamy Street for years. The building is narrow and tall, like most of the ones around here. We use the lower floor for the heavy stuff and the upper floors for storage and the office part. It is a lot of stairs every day, which keeps us moving. We trade in various goods and there is always a bit of dust from the bags or boxes we handle. We don't have any air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when the local markets are in full swing. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our regulars just stop by because they've been coming here forever. It's a simple life of buying and selling. We keep our records in big books and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a hard-working spot in Mannady where we do our thing and go home.
