Chennai Package Tours

We are located at 16Bangaru Ammal, which is where we run Chennai Package Tours. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where all the planning happens. There is a big map of the state on the wall with some marks on it from years of use. We spend most of our day talking to people on the phone about their travel plans. Whether they want to go to the temples or just need a van for a family wedding, we try to get it sorted out. The desk is always covered in notebooks and lists of driver names. Sometimes the drivers come in to drop off their logs or just to have a quick chat before their next trip. It gets quite busy in the mornings when the tours are about to head out. We have to make sure the vehicles are ready and that everyone knows the pickup points. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like when a bus gets a flat tire or the traffic is worse than usual. We just deal with those things as they come up. The neighborhood around Bangaru Ammal is lively, so there is always something going on outside our door. We aren't a big corporate agency, just a local team that knows the roads and tries to keep the schedules moving. It is simple work but it keeps us on our toes all day. We just keep the records straight and the engines running.
