Chennai Industrial Products

We are located right near the old Minerva Theatre on Jones Street. If you know Parrys, you know how hectic it can get around here. Chennai Industrial Products is basically a small operation run out of house number 28/2. We deal with industrial supplies that factories and local shops need to keep their machines running. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking orders. Jones Street is narrow, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the regulars. There isn't any fancy showroom or air conditioning, just a lot of metal and tools. Most days are spent answering the phone or helping someone who walked in looking for a specific bolt or tool. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local supplier. My uncle started this place because he knew the industry around Chennai needed reliable parts. Now we just keep it going. It’s loud and dusty in this part of town, but it’s where the work gets done. We don't have a big website or a marketing person. If you need something for your workshop, you just come down and ask. We try to keep things simple and honest. That’s about it for us. We’re just here on Jones Street doing our bit every day. It's a bit cramped inside, but we know where everything is kept on the racks.
