We are located at No.318/442 on O.M. Road in Kottivakkam. It is a part of Chennai that feels like it is always moving. Our office for Cdix Innovations Private Limited is just a regular room with enough space for our team and our equipment. We do not have any big signs or flashing lights. It is just a place where we get things done. We focus on innovation in the tech space, which mostly means we try out new ideas and see if they work. Sometimes they do, and sometimes we have to start over. That is just part of the process. We do not have a formal dress code. Most days it is just jeans and t-shirts. We think better when we are comfortable. The area around 600041 has plenty of places to grab a bite, so we usually head out for lunch together. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We would rather spend our time on the actual projects. It is a small operation, and we like it that way. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do. There is no one hovering over your shoulder all the time. We trust each other to get the tasks finished. It is a relaxed atmosphere, but we still work hard. If you drop by, you will probably find us mid-discussion about some technical problem. That is just a normal day for us.
