Venkatesh Sundararajan

We are tucked away in A-12 at Jawahar Flats. If you know the Mylapore area, you probably know that Karaneeswarar Koil Street is a very busy little pocket of Chennai. Venkatesh Sundararajan is the name on our door, and we have been operating from this corner for a good amount of time. The building is on the older side, but it has a lot of character. You can actually hear the temple bells sometimes if the wind is blowing the right way. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular flat where we get our work done. Most of our mornings start with a lot of noise from the street vendors outside, and then we settle in. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly just keeping the paperwork and various projects moving along. It is a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There is no boss in a fancy suit barking orders at people. We all just know what needs to be finished by the end of the day. The heat in Chennai can be really tough, but the fans in the flat keep the air moving enough. We do not spend money on expensive decor or marketing. We would rather just spend that time finishing our tasks. It is a humble spot, but it works for us. Living and working in the 600004 area feels right.
