We are located at Old No M8/A on 3rd Avenue in Anna Nagar East. It’s an older building, and the address can be a bit tricky if you aren't looking closely at the numbers. Most people just tell their drivers to head toward the K4 Police Station because we are right opposite that. Being in Chennai, it’s usually pretty hot out there on 3rd Avenue, and you can hear the bikes zooming by all day long. Mangraph isn't a huge place, just a regular office where we spend our hours. The street gets crowded during the mornings when everyone is heading to work, but it settles down a bit by the afternoon. We've been at this spot for a while now. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just how it is in this part of town. You can see the police station gate from our window, which is a good landmark for visitors. If you walk down the avenue, there are a few tea shops and small stores. It feels like a typical Chennai neighborhood where everyone is busy doing their own thing. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. It’s just us here at M8/A, trying to get through the daily tasks. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the station and you will find us easily enough. It is a practical spot for a local business like ours to be.
