Our shop is at 14 Jagadambal Street in T Nagar. It’s a residential area that has slowly turned into a place for businesses. We have a small storefront and a bit of space in the back for storage. T Nagar is always full of people, especially on the weekends. We’ve been here long enough to see the street change quite a bit. We sell a variety of things, mostly items for houses and small businesses. It’s just a few of us running the place. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website that does much. People usually just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We try to keep the shelves stocked, but sometimes things run out faster than we expect. The front door squeaks a bit, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. We spend our mornings checking the stock and the afternoons helping customers. It’s a simple routine. We like being part of the local scene. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it's not too hot. We know the regulars by name. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We just keep things moving one day at a time and hope for the best. That’s how it goes.
